It is such a blessing to see the smiles on everyones face. My eyes have been opened in such an amazing way. I never knew how much I let the world infuence me. Americans want so much and I believe God will sometime put a hold on things we desire until we see how we are already blessed and appreciate what we already have. If we don't appreciate what we have, how can we appreciate what we desire. I would rather him put a hold on my desires that I haven't had, than he take away my blessings I already have. God is so good and I thank him for allowing me to be affliated with you all and to see the difference and similarties in the two countries. You all were jamming in the pic of Pastor Carl and Mrs. Connie and the children. I can't wait to hear the word tomorrow and be surrounded by such loving people. I hope you all hsve s blessed day. The pictures of the children with Pastor and Sis Connie are wonderful. I see so much innocence in them. And trust that what's going on around them is the "genuine" thing. I thank God for Pastor Carl and Sis. Connie and Teresa, that you ARE the real thing and these young people will not be snared by craftiness and smooth talking. God has labeled them the new APPLE OF HIS EYE. And Blessed Hope Ministry is like the reaper bringing in the harvest. My prayer is that the fruit will remain. I know that you have sown some good seed into fertile soil and also are begin to reap while you are sowing. How this will happen must be a part of the mystery! But GOD WILL BLESS. God is an AWESOME GOD, He REIGNS. Love Wilma

Wow, looks like you have all had a great week. Evidence of the Father is in all the pics. Carl & Connie still have it when it comes to groovin' only now its for the Lord. Connie is definately in her element you can see it in the look on her face. Being surrounded by the children, giving out so much love and teaching them about the love of Christ. I can't wait to hear all she will have to tell us. Of course Pastor Carl & Teresa with have lots to tell us too. Just continue doing what God has called each of you to do in the manner of excelence that is the standard at Blessed Hope Ministries. We will continue to pray here. I know the services here and there will be great tomorrow. Love ya Angela & Joe

As i sit at my computer, in my air conditioned house with all its modern day amenities, I am humbled by the simplicity of the Kenyan People. We Americans have so much that we take for granted and still find material things that we "lack" or "need" when we are truly in "Need" of very little at all. These images of these people, their genuine smiles, their intense eyes, their hunger for the word will forever been engraved in my minds eye. Thank you so much Pastor Carl, Connie and Teresa to allow us to "go with you" on this trip. I can see in the pictures the love and the bonds that are being shared among God's beloved. I am so overwhelmed with a love and compassion that I've never known. I sit here with my heart aching for these people who's very lives you are touching with loving words, caring hearts, and gentle hands. I will continue to pray for God's Mighty hand to bless these people. We serve an AWESOME GOD!! I can hardly wait for you all to come home and share your different experiences with us! We have missed you! Be blessed and be safe. Melanie
